Hello from Community Management

Hello everyone,

We have been meaning to introduce ourselves for quite some time, however, we have been ever so busy and haven't got around to making ourselves present in this wonderful Community.

Myself and Kaeden are both Community Managers for My.com for the English Communities across all of the games, this includes Allods, Cloud Pirates, Revelation Online, Armored Warfare and Skyforge.

We both started off in similar places. Kaeden and myself both used to previously volunteer as moderators for different My.com games and we were taking up different types of roles and taking on new challenges within the respective communities. We both had the opportunity to learn from some of the best Community Managers and eventually we have both made our move to the role ourselves.

That is mostly it for our community management roles, however, I would like to give you a bit of insight about myself. I am 22 years old, from England and I enjoy a wide variety of different types of video games from platformers, shooters to MMORPGs. I am always open for trying out new experiences and while I am still a newbie when it comes to certain products I hope to learn from the Community and from the experiences themselves.Within our Community management role, we may appear as if we are not on the forums or lack a presence - this is because we work on multiple games and do a lot of reading into players communication, complaints, feedback and suggestions. We take all of these very seriously and are always looking to discuss, help and learn from any choices / decisions that we make for the Community.To shoehorn this into our hello message, we have also opened a Discord for the Allods Community and would very much like to say hello to you all as you interact with one another within this platform :)

Hey guys,

Mute has pretty much covered everything I’d liked to have said about our roles as community managers and how we got to where we are. I’d also like to share a little more about myself I’m 29 and am also from England. Like Mute I also enjoy a diverse and varied choice in games and platforms, I also enjoy spending time just relaxing with some music playing and enjoying a good book to read. I’m looking forward to getting to know you guys more and sharing in your journey through the game.
